Learn More
The majority of our pharmaceutical products meet USDA/FDA, USP Class VI, Pharmacopoeia, and 3-A Sanitary standards. For Aflex hose products, certifications also include BS EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, EN 16643:2016, ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, and fire resistance to BS5173. Material Test Reports and full product traceability certificates are available upon request. CRN certification is also available on demand.
PTFE hoses offer greater chemical resistance and perform better at higher temperatures, making them the preferred choice for aggressive APIs and high-purity transfer applications. Silicone hoses provide better flexibility and are well-suited for sterile conditions and general pharma fluid transfer. Our team can help you identify the right material for your specific application.
Yes. Our hose assemblies are suitable for both CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) processes. To ensure we recommend the correct product for your application, we ask that you provide the media, temperature, and number of cleaning cycles – our team will specify accordingly.
Yes. We can provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) and pressure test reports for our hose assemblies. All documentation requests must be confirmed at the time of order. CRN certification is also available on demand for pressure-containing equipment in Canada.
Yes. We supply PTFE and silicone hose assemblies designed for cleanroom use. These assemblies are specified for sterile applications where contamination control and material compliance are critical.
The vast majority of our stocked hoses can be provided within a couple of days from our Quebec and Ontario locations. Custom assemblies may vary depending on configuration and specification.
